Verticality and delicate simplicity
It’s the traditional Prosecco, still. We do not have the ambition to show complexity and depth but it wants to be a daily, simple drink that emphasizes the lightness, genuineness and purity of Prosecco. After a slow fermentation of the musts and a refinement of cement on the noble lees, for six months, it was bottled at the end of April and is the first vintage produced. Vertical and despite its lightness, it goes deep thanks to the sapidity that the 2017 vintage highlights.
